Payment
Payment is due at the start of each class.
Credit is not available and late payment could incur an administration fee.
Cancellation
You will be charged for the class if you provide less than 24 hours’ notice before cancellation.
Holiday / Sick
Each student is allocated 4 lessons allowance per year, this runs from september to september.
If you are unable to attend a lesson for any reason you can use a holiday lesson.
Once your allowance has been used, all missed lessons must be paid for.
Holiday lesson can not be carried over to the next period and are non transferable.
Online Lessons
All students will be given a username and password and granted access to the student’s area of this web site. Your account is for your use only and the details of your account are not to be shared with anyone else. This is a privilege and is not covered in the cost of the lessons, any abuse of this privilege will result in your account being deleted.
Class Times
Once you have been given your time slot for your class can you please ensure promptness for drop off and collection to avoid any unnecessary disruption to other classes.
Live Performances
Richs Rock School hosts live show case nights each year and the students that are selected to play are done so on merit.
Students must be of standard to be considered for this live show.
The showcase night is a privilege not an entitlement
Continuity
To help you maintain steady progress and get the most out of your lessons, I recommend attending a lesson every week. Regular weekly lessons help build on what you’ve learned and keep your progress moving forward.
As this is my livelihood, I also reserve your regular lesson slot specifically for you each week. This means that slot is unavailable to be booked by another student, so I do need students to commit to attending regularly in order for me to keep the time available.
I completely understand that things can occasionally come up, but regular weekly attendance is important both for your progress and for the sustainability of my business. Thanks for your understanding.
